💡 Inspiration

Panda Hacks was born out of a desire to make hackathons more inclusive, student-friendly, and deeply creative. Inspired by the tenacity and curiosity of high school students, we created an asynchronous hackathon where everyone can thrive — no matter where they come from or how experienced they are. Our mascot, the panda, represents calm focus, community, and quiet strength — exactly what we want this event to embody.
